The staff was very friendly happy. All way happy to help hospital in ward, is very clean.
All made sure was not in pain.
Only bit waiting to find out collecting prescription.

The ward was a calm and quiet environment- definitely an aid to healing.
The staff were always attentive and considerate.
From my perspective I cannot see what could be improved.
It made all the difference having the privacy of a side room. I really appreciated it.

Sympathetic treatment by many of this staff.
But we were told that our son was next in the queue but saw at last 5 people see the doctor ahead of him. What happened to his notes nobody knows.

Nurse, both day and night nurses were amazing they looked after me, to the fullest doctors could do with some help on people skills, eg the fact they come round to explain everything but then they explain in doctor terms.

Good service.
But could do with hot drinks availability- after waiting for 4 hours. Only very limited in machine!
Mainly black coffee!
